OMG! I haven't updated this in a while. Quite a bit of BJD stuff has
happened since the last time I posted on my ABJD blog. First thing, I got my
PukiFee Luna on April 13th.That's right I got her on Friday the 13th. I named
her Selena and she is so adorable. She came with a couple of seam lines, but
that doesn't really bother me. Her outfit covers all the seam lines. Her resin
smell lasted about 3-4 weeks. Thank goodness the smell is finally gone.

Sometime in May I got a Hujoo DANA who I name Kiku. When I opened her up
from her bubble wrap prison, I notice that she was kind of dirty which I fixed
with the Mr. Clean magic eraser. There were three places she had this strange
yellowish marks. One on her forehead, second one on the side of her nose, and
the final spot was on her cheek. I cleaned all three spots then I realized
something. Her cheeks didn’t look right. The yellowish mark on the cheek turned
out to be her blush. I had no clue why the company chose to use that color as
blush. So I cleaned the other cheek off with the Mr. Clean magic eraser and to
me she looked so much better without the yellowish blush. She went through two “looks”
(wig changes).
The purple wig, which was
originally meant just for Kiku, went to my Hujoo Girl Sophia. The wig that
Sophia was wearing was too thick and heavy for her head. So I switched her wig
with Kiku’s and Kiku’s purple wig looks and goes so much better with Sophia and
the brown wig goes better with Kiku’s eyes.
